Let me tell you a little
about my background. I started collecting stamps when I was in the second grade,
by high school I was specializing in Mexico and by the end of medical school
I was collecting all of Latin America. I have been a part-time stamp dealer
since 1972, dealing exclusively in Latin American issues since 1980. I have
been in the practice of pediatric cardiology since 1975 and in a solo private
practice in Bakersfield since 1982. I am now retired from medical practice giving
me increasing time to devote to Latin American stamps in the future.
